Peaches recipe:
4 peaches
50g brown sugar
50g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
5g cornstarch
Preheat oven to 425℉.
Slice peaches into thin chunks.
In a bowl, mix peaches with brown sugar, granulated sugar, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and cornstarch until well mixed.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir, and add scone topping.
Return dish to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
