Matrix Digital Rain on an actual monochrome green screen with long persistance phosphors

This is a somewhat rare monitor. Its a 800x600 SVGA Monochrome from 2003 (TVS VM-14AF). The long persistance phosphors actually have a couple second decay when a bright object such as text or a cursor is displayed, then moved. This is why the Matrix rain actually fades out - thats how a green screen actually displays - it helps to reduce flicker and eye strain.
