SPRINTER MIDDLE DISTANCE SPEED OVERLAY
Using SiliconCoach Analysis software. I can video guys at the same marks on my track, sometimes years apart, and then "overlay" them to make it appear as if they are "racing" against each other. In this clip you'll see a middle distance guy "vs" a 400 meter runner. With essentially the same swing time one guy will begin to pull away. Can you tell which of the guys is the 10:03 two miler and which is the 51.0 400 meter runner?
