There's a big misconception that to succeed as a Software Engineer you need to have a heavy math background, or at least a math degree. This is not true at all, having a crazy math background doesn't necessarily give you an advantage when trying to learn to code or become a Software Engineer, it's moreso how well you can problem solve, and focus on one task for a long time!
