DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro: The most professional of action cameras
In this video, I explain all the features of the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro action camera. DJI has decided to rename the 5 Pro, continuing the previously existing 2, 3, and 4 action camera designations. This naming is quite meaningful, as it adds not only phone features but also some Pro features.
First of all, the camera now features 47 GB of internal storage. This previously unavailable storage allows you to record video and photos without a memory card.
Another important innovation is that both the front and rear screens now feature OLED technology. This provides a much better and clearer experience in direct sunlight. Battery life has also been increased to 4 hours. With a 1950 mAh battery, you can record up to 240 minutes of video.
The DJI Action 5 Pro now has a dedicated Super Night mode. This mode allows you to capture stunning shots even in the darkest environments at night. Another new feature is object tracking. With object tracking, the camera always keeps you focused. In this mode, you can take both vertical and horizontal shots.
Additionally, it features Time Code, the ability to control multiple DJI Action 5 Pros via Bluetooth with a special accessory, Pre-recording, the ability to connect two DJI Mic 2 receivers without a transmitter, underwater depth and altitude display, InvisiStick, 13.5 Stops of High Dynamic Range, burst mode, always-on display mode, D-Log M, HLG mode, 8 and 10-bit video, and operating temperatures from -20 to +45 degrees Celsius.
The action camera can record video up to 4K 120 fps. The photo resolution is 40 MP.
