When you see the 5DC error code display on your Samsung washing machine, it should be an easy fix: the detergent drawer is not closed.
To resolve, make sure the detergent drawer is pushed all the way closed. A good rule of thumb is that you’ll hear the drawer click when it’s completely closed.
