Tarık's friend, a doctor in the village, invites him there. However, his colleague, whose immoral behavior is revealed, flees without even waiting for Tarık. This village, located in Southeastern Turkey, has always been affected by terrorism and poverty. Affected by this, Tarık decides to stay in the village and begins working there as a doctor.
Cast and Characters
Tarık: The main character of the series. He is a selfless doctor who has dedicated himself to humanity and would gladly give his life for innocent people. His real name is Baran, and he was raised by a commander to whom his mother was given due to a blood feud. After Zeynep Teacher is murdered, he marries Dila. In the first episodes, he is a doctor. Later, he becomes a district governor. In the last season, he establishes and leads the "Hope Soldiers" unit. Çetin: He is the head of the ATT (Anti-Terrorist Organization) and a high-ranking PKK leader. He is one of Şivan and Irmak's most trusted men. Dila: She is the granddaughter of Halo İbrahim. She is a nurse who loves Doctor Tarık. She marries Tarık after Teacher Zeynep is murdered.[2]
Şivan: He is the commander-in-chief of the PKK. He is Irmak's right-hand man. He is the second-in-command of the organization.
Botan: He is Commander Şivan's assistant. He loves the nurse.
Kırmızı: His real name is Süleyman Kaya. He is Tarık's father. He is the director of ATT.
Mihail: His real name is Şehmuz. He is the headman of Sağırsu village. He is also a man of the organization. He later became a priest due to his duties. He has a daughter named Kezban.
Yılmaz: He is Dila's brother. He is initially with Şivan. But later they separate and he comes to Sağırsu village. He loves Berfin. He became a village guard in Sağırsu village. Later he worked as a teacher in Ardil.
Erol: He is Çetin's man. Abdül: He is the head of the Hizbullah organization.
Yıldız: Her real name is Selma. She is Tarık's friend from university. She loves Tarık. After university, she worked as a nurse in the organization. But later she escapes from the organization and surrenders. Afterwards, she worked as a nurse in Ardil.
Ayten: She is a member of the organization. She acted together with Şivan. She loves Şivan.
Kezban: She is the daughter of the village headman Şehmuz. She is curious and gossipy. At first, she doesn't like Çoban Avdo, but later she starts to love Avdo and marries him.
Avdo: He is a shepherd in Sağırsu village. Later he became a village guard in Sağırsu village. He loves Kezban and later marries her.
Zelal: She is Tarık's mother and Süleyman Kaya's wife. Due to a blood feud, she cannot tell her son the truth, but later she tells him that she is his mother. They have daughters named Hatice and Berfin.
İbrahim: He is Tarık and Dila's son. In the last episodes, he is kidnapped and disappears. His mother and father think he is dead. Years later, she reappears before her mother and father.
Berfin: She is Zelal's daughter. She wants to go to Ankara but is abducted by Şivan. She acted with Şivan for a while but later escapes from the organization. She loves Yılmaz and marries him. They have a daughter named Berfin.
Zeynep: She is a teacher in Sağırsu village. She meets Tarık. They get married after a while but are killed by Şivan and his team.
Aysun: She is a member of the organization. Her ex-husband is Şehmuz. She is Kezban's mother.
Sabo Ağa: He is the headman of Sağırsu village. He collaborates with Kırmızı. He was a village guard for a while but used his position for evil purposes.
Hamit: He is Zeynep's father. He wants to kill Tarık because of a blood feud but learns the truth. He has become a village guard in Sağırsu village.
Hatice: She is Zelal's daughter. She is kidnapped by Şivan and his team. Shivan tells Zelal that her daughter is dead, but Zozan is working as a cook in the commander's camp. Later, she manages to escape from the organization with the help of someone.
