How to Steam Your Flea Style Hat
Gently steam the area of your hat that needs to be reshaped (hold the steam a minimum of 6 inches from the hat).
Make sure you can feel the material soften slightly.
Make sure the hat does not get too wet.
Use your hands to gently push out any dents.
If you have a flat brim hat, place the hat against a flat, clean surface and “iron” the hat with your hands.
If you have a curled brim, use your hands to gently reshape the brim into your hat’s desired shape.
Let the hat cool.
Don’t have a steamer? You can also boil a pot of water and do the same steps above it for a similar effect.
