Recently the founders of YesVR, Dianne FLAKUS & Paul King were invited on the panel at the Venture Cafe Sydney Event “Startups in conversation: disrupting education” hosted by Macquarie University Incubator.
In this clip Paul explains how the job readiness of graduates can be improved through virtual reality.
Paul gives the example of the current covid crisis and how this is linked to a lack of effective training in real life situations. Virtual reality training scenarios can close this gap by placing students or staff in difficult work situations whereby they can make choices and see the consequences of these choices first hand in a safe space.
