From Space Camp to the Stratosphere
UPRA Team launched a balloon in Hungarian Space Camp.
The camp is an annual event organized by the Hungarian Astronautical Society (MANT) for 13-18 years old campers who are interested in space science.
In 2019 UPRA Team was invited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the MANT Space Camp with a high altitude balloon launch.
The payload was personal messages from the campers and the flag of the host town, Sátoraljaújhely.
This was the first UPRA flight that used controlled flight termination and was a great success.
