Both the Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree and Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree are the best one but now the real question which Udacity Nanodegree worth it doing ?
First for the Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree:

Which You will be learning Python Programming and will become a Python Web Developer rather than PHP Developer. I Will Never learn Python over PHP for Web Development and Web Programming.
So I Won't recommend the Full Stack Nanodegree.

Which is the best Nanodegree due to the JavaScript Programming. If you want to become a Web Designer or Web Developer than JavaScript is Must and You can not build websites with JS But also Games in JavaScript.
