With the release of the Elder Scrolls Online's Necrom DLC comes the brand new Arcanist class, ESO's seventh class and possibly my favorite so far! The class is so fun to play, is incredibly powerful, and makes an amazing one bar build. In this video, I walk you through what I see as the three defining features or aspects of the solo one bar stamina Arcanist to show you how I made one of my most powerful builds to date.
