This is an early version of Crash Twinsanity, as you can see, there are many differences. If you played the game, you will see them all:D
Some of the differences:
-Wumpa fruit written in numbers only
-cut Cortex´s level in Coco´s mind
-different enemies noises
-outside Uka Uka battle
-Aku Aku can protect you from Nitro
