Tyrese sues Home Depot for $1 Million over racial profiling.
Allegedly, a “glitch in the system” at Home Depot back in February prevented Tyrese and two of his associates from checking out and delayed them for around 20 minutes. Tyrese went to his car, but his associates weren't allowed to use his credit card on his behalf due to “store policy.” Tyrese filed a lawsuit following the incident, citing "discriminatory mistreatment and consumer racial profiling" as the reason.
