Gaming Services and Game Pass Games not working on PC: Install Error 0x80073D26
I have tried several methods and what you’ll see in this video is the only way I was able to fix the problem. I will go over every step I took to solve the issue (Install Error 0x80073D26).
Type Run on the search bar at the bottom left.
Type Regedit on the Run application
Find: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM CurrentControlSet Services
Find and delete: GamingServices & GamingServicesNet
Restart your computer.
Go to the search bar again and type PowerShell.
Right click PowerShell and select run as administrator.
Copy and paste the following:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Hit enter after copy and paste.
Copy and paste the following:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Hit enter after copy and paste.
Reinstall game services and make sure you install game services on your device. To be sure restart your computer after this and try to access your Microsoft games.
