American car designer Carroll Shelby and driver Ken Miles battle corporate interference and the laws of physics to build a revolutionary race car for Ford in order to defeat Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966.
Ford Motors company is well known for its revalutionary approach for industrilisation of car manufacturing. Henry Ford I is one of the most influential business leaders and mentors of his time. Henry Ford II also follows his path and in this speech he gives a message to the entire team.
Actually the main message here is not for the regular employees but to the executive commitee :)
