The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India has noticed that some candidates do not follow the instructions provided on admit cards, and various cases of adoption of unfair means have been reported to the examination department of ICAI in respect of the CA exams held every year.
If ICAI found any student indulges in any such adoption or attempt to adopt unfair means in CA exams, the institute withheld the result of such students.
Result withheld simply means that ICAI will not declare the result of such students who have not followed the instructions of the ICAI related to CA exams.
If you don't follow the instructions of ICAI, it will be considered as a violation of ICAI regulations and considered as unfair means by the ICAI exam committee.
