This tutorial is to know how to make our character or Avatar small or large in Roblox. Roblox is a game within a game, within a game, where we play and act the part of a game creator. But when it comes to character or avatar customization, it does lack some options. At least when compared to other games. However, we can do some things; we can alter our avatar’s size.
In the current game, my Avatar size is too big and it's look weird. Now, I am going to scale my Avatar to look like a at least kids.
There are two types of Avatar R6 and R15. Some Games supports both types of character and some are not. In the R15 Avatar setting, I can reduce the overall height and width of character. Let's reduce it and see inside the game how my Avatar looks like.
R15 characters are a different story. If you’re in a game with R15 avatars, you can change the height between 95% and 105%. Width is adjustable between 75% and 100%. These percentages are based off and apply to the standard/default character size. Once we adjust these settings, they will be used in all games that support R15s. So, we don’t have to repeat this process for every new game. See, In the game, my Avatar size is reduced and now it's look like at least a teenager who is roaming in the game. My Avatar is wearing the my own design tiger fancy shirts.
As the name suggests, R6 avatars are constructed of only 6 parts, giving them a very limited range of animated motion. R15 expands the movement range by splitting the body into 15 parts. In addition to body parts, accessories, and skin colors, R15 avatars allow for a customizable body type, height, width, head size, and proportions.
R6 Character is very simple and it has Head, Torso but R15 have head, upper Torso and Lower Torso. In addition to body parts, accessories, and skin colors, R15 avatars allow for a customizable body type, height, width, head size, and proportions.
So, if you are designing the shirts and paints for the Roblox then consider it that you are going to support the clothing for which types of Avatar. But I think, we don't have to worry as of now because as of now all modern or new Roblox games are supporting by default R15 Character. But, In conclusion R6 will not be removed anytime soon. As for whether you should use it the choice is yours. Some R6 games are still very popular, so there's nothing wrong with still using it. Now this tutorial is end.
