Stewed King Fish|| Stewed Fish Recipe
1 lb (2 pieces) king fish
marinate with: 1/2 an onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pimento pepper, diced
3 sprigs thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp each onion & garlic powder
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 bell pepper ( can mix between red and yellow pepper)
1 carrot, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1&1/2 cups water
1 tbsp flour
1-2 cups oil (for frying)
1 tbsp butter +4 tbsp oil (for sauce)
1/4 cup ketchup
salt andd black pepper
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning (i used maggi)
