This guided children's meditation is especially designed with primary school / elementary school aged children in mind - between the ages of 6 and 9 years of age.
The practice can be completed at home or within a school classroom setting.
Begin by having the child find a comfortable position, such as lying on the floor, bed or sitting on a chair.
After the practice, you may wish for the child / children to draw what they imaged their adventure to look like.
It is very normal for children to be distracted, or toss and turn throughout meditation relaxation activities. Repeated practice is recommended.
