Glory to God in the Highest
Here I present "The Six Psalms" from the All-Night Vigil by Sergei Rachmaninoff.
I first heard this in the St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral in St. Petersburg a number of years ago. This recording is by The St. Petersburg State Capella Choir under their Artistic Director & Conductor, Vladislav Chernushenko.
Accompanying photographs of Tsarskoe Selo, (Pushkin Palace) in the outskirts of St. Petersburg that I first saw blanketed under thick snow.
