Dul Incaru in 20 seconds using Solar Fulmination and Wardcliff Coil.
Can be done in ~15 seconds with this method.
Fragments used were Ember of Solace/Torches/Ashes/Eruption/Char
Incendiary Grenade was used to apply Scorch, and Weighted Knife or Knife trick for the initial Ignite.
When combined with Ember of Char/Ashes, Solar Fulmination causes Ignition damage to Ignite enemies, allowing it to chain between tanky enemies.
