A close call with death! My legs went weak just watching this video. ||| I'm sharing this hoping everyone, like me, will prioritize diving safety. Looking back at it today, my heart still skips a beat...💔 One second I was soaring freely in the water, and the next, an emergency struck. I blacked out (BO) and lost consciousness instantly. That feeling of helplessness can be felt right through the screen... You must have felt so desperate at that moment. But I didn't give up! Relying on a strong will to survive and my buddy's quick rescue, we finally turned the danger into safety!🙏 This video really sounded the alarm for me. Freediving looks beautiful, but danger lurks everywhere!⚠️ Please keep these points in mind, all freediving lovers:Get professional training to master correct breathing techniques and diving knowledge!Warm up fully before diving and assess your physical condition!Know your limits. Never challenge depths or times beyond your capability!Always dive with a buddy, watch out for each other, and call for help immediately in danger!Life only happens once. Safety comes first!
