Today we are going to solve a very probable JEE Advanced question of the application of derivatives. This question is seen in major test series of coachings like Aakash, Allen, Motion, etc.
The question is:-
Let f(x)=x^4+4x^3+26 then
A. Number of real solution of f(f(f(f(x))))=26 is 0
B. Minimum value of f(x) is -1
C. f(x) has the inflection at two points
D. Number of real solution of f(f(f(f(x))))=26 is 16
This is a very amazing question from the application of derivatives for JEE Advanced exam and will surely require a lot of concepts.
If you know the fundamentals of the application of derivatives and have a good knowledge of graphs then you'll be able to solve this problem easily.
Do give this question an attempt.
if you are not able to solve this, do check out the detailed solution by Aman Malik sir.
We are coming up with more questions for JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, and similar competitive exams.
