The second episode about the 3rd police department and the Mytishchi scum. There's the 3rd police department, home to creatures like Shishkanov, Dubrovin, and Viryasov. Fantastic creatures who can fabricate any case. After my situation, my phone and emails are blowing up with stories and complaints about the 3rd department in Mytishchi. About torture with a stun gun, handcuffs with a swallow, the infamous elephant with a gas mask. It's all practiced!!
The aforementioned creatures were simply delighted to see the pain in their eyes when the handcuffs were tightened; I'd even guess they ejaculated while doing it.
Pavel Tsybulyak @stupidkomi was beaten several times, his arms held down, kicked, and then in a cell at the department...
What happened to people over the long years of the 3rd department and the aforementioned bastards' existence, one can only guess.
