How to Create the Best FAQs For Your Business

Today I am going to talk about How to create the best FAQ's for your Business. As a business owner and sales professional I often find myself repeating the same information over and over again. I find the same questions get asked at every sales call. And one day I had an epiphany, Armando, you are in the video business. Why don't you record a quick video on answering these questions so that before I come to the sales call these questions are already answered. Also, the video introduces me to my lead before I walk into the door and it creates trust. And it also establishes you as the expert and the potential client is much more comfortable when we have our sit down. So now the video has done the sales portion of my job and I can focus on building rapport and customizing my proposals to fit the needs of my client. So here is what you need. Step 1) Sit down with your team and brainstorm a list of 10 questions you get asked over and over again from your clients. I would also look for the top 10 topics in your field that have the most views on Youtube. Now you are creating content that a lot of people are already searching for. Step 2) Write down the answer and that becomes the script. If you feel like you can answer these questions off the cuff than do that. I like a teleprompter myself this way I can focus on my content in the most concise way as possible. Step 3) Set up your camera and deliver it right into the lens. Step 4) Edit the video and slap it online for your customers to see. Stop judging these videos. The secret here is answering these questions in an authentic way. The customer doesn't care what you look like. Just get those videos out. What is great about creating your FAQ's is that you can sub edit the videos into bite size videos for your social media and email nurture campaigns.
