How to access the customer replaceable parts of the ThinkPad T14s Gen 2. The Intel model is featured in the video. Uploading this just in case that it helps. The SSD is considered user upgradeable. Unfortunately the RAM is non upgradeable.

On SSD, you should only use single sided SSD (the 2TB seems to be the maximum size for now), though hopefully we might see single sided 4TB SSD in the future.
