Steps
----------------
Download latest firmware
Format SD card in Insta 360
Put SD card in mac card reader
copy the Insta 360.bin file to SD card
Eject the Micro SD card
Put the SD card into the Insta 360
power up the camera
Firmware screen appears
The screen goes black for about 1 minute
Camera reboots
Check new version installed
