We will do live coding after explanation and see if we are able to pass all the test cases.

Video Summary :
The intuition here is that you don't need to actually build the final string to find one character; you just need to track how its length L evolves through each operation. So first you sweep left to right, simulating only the length as each symbol (* removes, # doubles, % reverses, letters appends) changes it. Once you know the total length, you walk back from the end and "undo" each operation, remapping your target index k to where it would have lived in the shorter, pre-operation string. When k lines up exactly with the position a letter added (k == L), that letter is your answer.
