Insert PDF into Excel
We'll see how to insert PDFs into Excel. When we want to incorporate a PDF file into an Excel sheet, we have several options:
✅ Link the PDF file
✅ Embed the PDF file in the Excel sheet
Depending on the method we use to include the PDF in Excel, there will be different advantages and disadvantages:
▶️ If we link a PDF file, the Excel file will be smaller, but the drawback is that if the PDF is moved or deleted, the link will stop working.
▶️ On the other hand, if the PDF is embedded within the Excel sheet, the file will be included, so the PDF will open in all cases. However, the size of the Excel file will increase depending on the size of the PDF.
