Day to Dark Setting in SNAPSEED | SNAPSEED TUTORIAL | Android | iPhone
In this Snapseed tutorial, I use various tools including Vintage filter, Selective filters, White Balance ... etc, with selective masking to give the image a dark setting with glowing lights.
