SSF2 Mods: Hyper Sonic (From Sonic RPG 10)
SSF2 Gamers, a friend called @ahmedzaki4573 asked me to make a mod of Hyper Sonic (from Sonic RPG 10), but the unic problem is that I don't know how to put effects on his attacks, maybe I'm only a SSF2 Modder Beginner, bit to bit I will learn how to mod. And also, this mod goes on Base (Sonic) and Special (Hyper Sonic).
