DJI Mini 2 Update | Care Refresh now covers LOST drones IF YOU FOLLOW THIS STEP!
A DJI Mini 2 Update for you regarding DJI's Care Refresh service. The plan now includes coverage for one lost drone per plan, but there are a few points that need to be understood about this.
1. The price (UK) for a Mini 2 flyaway claim is £209 - half the RRP for a new drone. This is better than before the update, but still much more expensive than a standard replacement claim for a damaged drone.
2. You need to retain the accident flight records to send to DJI.
3. You must follow the steps I provide in the video to bind both the drone AND the RC to your DJI account. If you do not do this, then you cannot claim under your Care Refresh policy.
