Ingredients
-For soaking
*100ml of water
*100ml of rum or whiskey
-For the cake
*150g of raisins
*100g of figs in syrup
*100g candied fruit
*100g maraschino cherries
*100g prunes
*100g almonds or pecans
*200g unsalted butter
*150g brown sugar
*1 tbsp vanilla extract
*5 eggs
*250g all-purpose flour
*1/2 tbsp baking powder
*1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
-For soaking after baking:
*100ml rum diluted with water (50ml each)
-For the glaze:
*150g marshmallows
*1 tbsp unsalted butter or 20g sugar
*30ml rum or whiskey
*Icing sugar or powdered sugar (the amount will depend on the desired consistency of the glaze)
*STORAGE: 🥶
