Steps
• Open Microsoft Word → Go to Home → Font group.
• Click the small arrow in the bottom-right corner → Font dialog box opens.
• Select your preferred Font, Font Style, and Size.
• Click Set As Default → Choose “All documents based on Normal template?” → Yes.
• Click OK → New documents now use your selected font automatically.
