When we say we like doing something in English, is it better to use the gerund, meaning the ing ending, or the infinitive, meaning the infinitive?
ALTHOUGH it sounds serious, it's actually RIDICULOUSLY simple. The infinitive, like "I like to," is exactly the same as "I like" and a verb with the ing ending (the English gerund). I've included examples of English words and phrases throughout the material.
