4th row: Tie the tier as the previous

Fifth tier of the Christmas tree: With green yarn
1 row: *(half st, 4 dc, half st)-in 1 st, sc-in next*. Repeat from * to * 4 times (= 28 sts)

Top: With green yarn Finish knitting the top with sc, decreasing every other row by 1 sc at the beginning of the row until the hole is closed.
