DRAG RACING SUNDAY IN THE MEXICALI VALLEY
We headed toward the Nayarit ejido from the Sonora ejido, and halfway there, we were stopped because the famous Mexicali Valley drag racing was about to begin. That Sunday event where people come to have a good time, but it wasn't possible because law enforcement had a different opinion regarding the legality of the event. So, we moved toward the Cucapa Indigenous ejido, or "El Uno," as many call it. The event also couldn't take place because the officers showed up again. Enjoy these incidents.
