Configure Gmail Authentication With Nodemailer
Less Secure Apps is no longer supported by Gmail, so users must authenticate their Gmail account by a different means if they are to send emails to users in their application. This video shows a quick method of how to get Gmail authentication to work in a node application using an app password. This is not a two-step authentication. This allows you to bypass 2-step authentication, however.
