At the XI Wise Women’s Conference 2025, our Founder, Jaslyin Qiyu gave a keynote presentation to provide aspiring leaders with some useful tips on ways to navigate matrix structures, manage complex stakeholder relationships and establish themselves as people-leaders without losing their sense of self, with empathy as the foundational concept.
