When it comes to raid bosses in Don't starve together, they all drop really good and usefull items. But it is bee queen, out of all the bosses, who drops arguably the best items in the game. A helmet that makes sanity a minor inconvenience, a material to make the best healing in the game, and mainly a way to stop food from spoiling... in a game literally called "Don't starve", this proves to be a decent item :)
