Russian strikes on Ukraine kill five people as North Korea prepares to send more troops to Russia
At least five people have died and 21 injured in Russian attacks in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russian recruitment of more soldiers from North Korea shows a desire to continue aggression in Ukraine.
He has called for his Victory Plan to be accepted by world leaders.
