If you've entered in the word Sunday then Monday in cells and
dragged the fill handle to find that Excel magically follows it
with Tuesday and Wednesday, you've benefitted from a
custom list. One thing you might be surprised is that you can
edit that custom list or create a new custom list. Why? Say
you enter a list of words in a specific order a LOT. Itl be
easier if you can just enter one word and then drag the fill
handle down or across cells to have it auto-magically fill out.
