Rice Cooker Hotpot (Shabu-shabu)

🌸 Water - 4 cups
🌸 Ginger - 3 slices
🌸 Garlic - 5 cloves
🌸 Red/white onion - 1 medium size
🌸 Cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs. (wrote it wrong in the video 😂)
🌸 Carrot - 1 medium size
🌸 Tofu - 1 Pack, 300g
🌸 Enoki mushroom - a handful or as much as you want
🌸 Shitake mushroom - a handful or as much as you want
🌸 Oyster mushroom - a handful or as much as you want
🌸 Glass noodles - as much as you want

Seasoning:
🌸 Soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
🌸Chicken broth - 1 heaped Tsp.
🌸 Black pepper powder - ¼ Tsp
🌸 Salt to taste
