TMS Configuration Between Two ABAP System || TR Movement || TR Owner Change @TiwariTechTV
To configure a Transport Management System (TMS) for SAP systems, you can do the following:
Log in to the transport domain controller and call transaction STMS
Select Overview then Systems
Select Configuration then Display/Change
Enter the required information on the Transport Tool
Save the configuration by selecting Configuration then Save
The TMS configuration is stored in the transport directory of each SAP system. The TMS uses RFC connections to display information on requests waiting for import. When an import is made, the TMS starts the transport control program in the target system to import the data.
To delete the TMS configuration for an SAP system, you can:
Log in to the SAP system
Enter transaction STMS
Select Overview then Systems
Select Extras then Delete TMS configuration
Confirm the prompt
