Kyoto Tower.
#Kyoto #Tower is relatively small . It’s observation deck is located in 100 meters above surface level. The Tower is located near Kyoto railroad station. There are a lot of temples around on the mountains which are even above the observation deck. Central part of the Kyoto is pretty nice to see from the Tower. The Tower in the night looks very romantic with its pink color. Especially mirror reflection of the Tower in the railroad station glass. Osaka can be observed too in fine weather for the Tower. The kids have a lot of entertainments inside the towel with styled temple like facilities. The tower is not high, but Kyoto is not a skyscraper city. The observation deck has powerful binoculars. This Tower is the highest building in Kyoto. It is 131 meters long. The Tower weight is 800 tones and it’s placed on 9store building of 3* hotel. It’s designer was Makato Tanahashi from University of Kyoto. His design includes the risk of typhoons and earthquakes. Theoretically the Tower can be affected without consequence by strong wind (about 90 m/s) and 8.0 earthquake. The Tower was opened in 1964 and still operation more than 50 years.
