Conclusions of Resource Loading
During the previous processes, we identified the resources that will be added to the different activities, but what was missing here was the actual start and finish times of the activities and we did not know what activities will be executed in parallel.
When resources are allocated to work on activities that are executed in parallel, it is possible that they will be overallocated and that should be avoided. Resources can only operate on activities as long as they are overcommitted.
When we identify overallocation, we have to provide solutions to reduce the allocation by using the slack of the activities or eventually extending the project.
