Hi everyone,
In this video, I'll walk you through a complete overhaul of a DT Swiss rear rim. This procedure can be used as a reference for the maintenance of almost any DT Swiss hub, whether 142mm or 148mm. Additionally, the information provided may be useful for the maintenance of hubs from other brands.
An important tip: if you notice that the bearings you're removing are in poor condition, don't hesitate to replace them, as new bearings aren't expensive and significantly improve hub performance.
In the other videos in the series, I'll be overhauling a DT Swiss front rim and walking you through the conversion from the old standard 3-Pawl freehub body to the new Ratchet one.
