Mindcrack Ultra Hardcore -- S12E05: They've Gone to Plaid
Ultra Hardcore is a Minecraft variant wherein players do not naturally heal, and if you die you're gone for good. The only way to heal is to eat a golden apple (which requires gold bars rather than nuggets), or a health potion (a glistering melon requires a gold block).
