Linux Tutorials for Beginners and let's learn how we can fix Linux Server Refused Our Key error which is obviously annoying for DevOps Engineers.
In this tutorial, we'll discuss the most common error "Linux Server Refused Our Key" while we try to connect with Linux VMs on the cloud. If the keys are not correct, we can get the "Server Refused to Connect" errors and we'd not be able to login to the Linux VM.
Most of the times, its because of the following 4 reasons:
1. Key Pair Format
2. Permissions
3. authorised_keys missing the public key
4. Ownerships of the wrong user
